Adecco Ipswich are currently working on behalf of a fantastic client based in Central Ipswich, and we are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work in their Transport department.

We are looking for tenacious, hard working and dedicated candidates to join a small team based in the centre.

No two days will be the same and this is a very varied and busy role.

You will join an established tight knit team, working to streamline their process's

Your duties will be very varied, and will include but not be limited to the following;


    � Supporting and adhering to agreed KPI's as required in the execution of Parts Coordinator functions;

    � To perform the function according to the direction and guidance of the Service Parts Planner Team Leader;

    � Take ownership of customer enquiries and/or concerns originating from Customer Services, providing efficient feedback and resolution within agreed timeframe targets;

    � Provide effective investigation, analysis, and solutions to expedite parts in response to customer order priorities for service parts provision in circumstances where immediate parts availability is not attainable;

    � To liaise with other personnel from within the company and externally, who can provide support for the maintenance of inventory control requirements;

    � To liaise with internal and external suppliers in order to establish supply availability, lead times, and service delivery, enabling efficient and economical parts procurement;

    � Provide total commitment to customer satisfaction objectives;

    � To determine the most effective way to get parts in order to maximize customer satisfaction up to, but not including removing parts from Wholegoods.
