To manage sales order and parts processing, ensuring pro-active and support is given to our customers and team members, in order to exceed our customer's expectations


* All customer contact with our customers, filtering and progressing requirements internally or dealing and responding in reasonable time.

* Pro-Active management of customer requirements and effective resolution of issues.

* Sales order entry.

* Back order chasing and communication of delivery dates to the customer.

* Customer returns authorisation and credits.

* Invoice queries.

* Delivery/shipping organisation

Essential Skills

* Customer facing/service experience with good administration skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Good level of IT literacy

* Effective time management and organisational skills.

* Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
