Our client based in Southport/Ormskirk is looking for an administrator to work within a busy department.

This role is on a temporary basis for around 4 weeks but may be extended due to the needs of the business.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the workshops and programme's run internally

  • Dealing with queries

  • Room booking and arranging travel

  • Complex diary management

  • Minute taking during meetings

  • Liaising with hospitality department/staff.

  • Maintain the booking system, entering data and running reports.

  • Support the setup of team meetings and take notes.

The skills and experience required for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • IT literate with proven experience of using Microsoft office packages, which include Word and Excel.

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Previous experience of administration, data entry or similar.

  • Ability to work within a team as well as to own initiative

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data

  • Previous public sector experience is advantageous.
