If so my client is looking for an experienced complaints handler that can liaise with patients and services of all levels. You must be able to follow procedures and policies, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be reporting directly into the Clinical Quality Lead, and will play a vital part in ensuring complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
