Job Description


Job Title: Pay & Bill Administrator


Reporting To: Payroll Manager


Direct Reports: None


Location: London with some occasional travel to the Redhill office


Contract Type: Permanent


Compensation: £25,000-30,000 per annum + 15% bonus tied to the growth in the Company's adjusted EBITDA performance.


The People's Pension for auto-enrolment government pension scheme, private health care scheme, life assurance, 25 days holiday + the UK public holidays.



Purpose


As part of the Pay & Bill team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently invoicing our clients and paying our candidates.



Key Responsibilities



  • Setting up clients, candidates and placements on InTime and InPay

  • Processing timesheet data received on InTime and from client portals

  • Raising client invoices and processing candidate payments for approved timesheets

  • Chasing missing POs

  • Following up on unapproved timesheets

  • Liaising with candidates, clients and internal staff to resolve any queries, efficiently and effectively

  • Other ad hoc duties as required



Skills Required



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • IT skills including basic Excel knowledge

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience of working within a multi-currency organisation (desirable)

  • Experience of InTime and InPay (desirable)

  • Knowledge of PAYE and payroll legislation (desirable)
