Lancaster/Morecambe area - £15,000-£19,000 p/a DOE


We are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client's payroll team , based in the Lancaster/Morecambe area. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong eye for detail and a determination to deliver on time and accurate work.


The role will involve being responsible for the delivery of services to a portfolio of clients on the umbrella payroll solution. Tasks will include planning workload, liaising with clients and answering queries and providing an all-round service going above and beyond for clients.


Reporting directly to the payroll manager, the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:



  • The ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Checking employee timesheets in detail

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

  • Understanding of current legislation

  • Payroll experience
