Our very well-established Evesham based client is looking to recruit a HR and Payroll Analyst to join their fabulous HR team to assist in the processing of the monthly payroll for the UK and production of statutory reporting. This would suit a candidate that has strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Key tasks are as follows:

  • Ordering and payment of Childcare Vouchers

  • Compiling the exceptions report with supporting documents

  • Preparing the financial data, dealing with sick pay maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive schemes and awards

  • Quarterly skills matrix and producing updated salary letters.

  • Processing payroll using SAGE software.

  • Creating the payment of salaries

  • Distribution of payslips, physical and email

  • Submission of RTI (real time information) to HMRC including

  • FPS (Full payment submission)

  • EPS (Employer payment summary)

  • Reconciling the Apprenticeship levy

  • Producing P45s (P60s and P11Ds annually) and distributing in appropriate time scales

  • Preparation of the journal for inclusion in the monthly management accounts

  • Administration of the pension scheme with the uploading of new subscribers and submission of the monthly payment

  • Production of the P32 for payment of statutory PAYE, NI etc to HMRC

  • Process and reconcile the payroll for the UK and European benefits

  • Liaison with the Management accounts team and the company auditors in respect of the annual audit

  • Collating and analysing the Gender pay gap reporting requirements.

  • Liaison with the European agencies who process the payroll.
