Payroll Coordinator-Newmarket-£ Competitive

I am currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Newmarket. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great business and a great team!

Salary: £ Competitive

Hours: 08:00-17:00 (40 Hour week)

Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and update the payroll & timesheets spreadsheets with any changes

  • To ensure all changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Manage the expense process

  • To liaise with employee's with regards to deductions from wages

  • Manage travel and accommodation

  • Any other ad-hoc administration duties as part of finance and payroll

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a Payroll role

  • Great attention to detail

  • Problem solving and organisational skills

  • Excellent Excel experience

  • Good communication skills
