Payroll Coordinator



Full time



  • Inputting large volumes of data on payroll software e.g.

- new starters

- leavers

- amendment to contracts

- absences

  • Checking large volumes of data, ensuring that errors are rectified

Personal Specifications:

  • Good understanding of Statutory leave and payments - SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP

  • Ability to perform manual calculations of PAYE, NI, Pension deductions

  • Ability to liaise with Payroll customers of all levels, providing satisfactory solutions

  • Understanding of local authority terms and conditions is desirable but not essential

  • Understanding of schools' payrolls is desirable but not essential
