Job Title: Pensions Administrator

Contract: 6 months

Location: Remote working with odd trip to Coventry office

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Primary Purpose of Role

You will be working as part of a small in-house administration team. Primarily you will be responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate administration services for the Company's pension arrangements. You will be involved with the provision of full life-cycle administration services for members, dependants and clients in line with the service level agreements, Trust Deeds and Rules, legislation and procedures within the regulatory framework.

Role Profile

- Recognise and apply the appropriate limits to each calculation that you undertake to ensure that the correct benefit payments are made.

- Manually calculate the benefits so that you may explain to members the method of calculation used.

- Organise and prioritise workload with minimal supervision.

- Ensure that SLAs are met

- The ability to work in a team as well as independently

- Ability to communicate at all levels either verbally or in writing

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience of Pension Administration

- IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
