We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and growing client in the telecommunications industry, who are looking for a Performance Data Analyst to join their team and support the business.


The role is a critical one, and one which will look at customer trends, market data and internal data, pulling information from various sources and using it to form reports for the business and customers to use when making strategic decisions and reviewing service delivery.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Running reports from the CRM system (Salesforce and Power BI) and client solutions (Excel), compare reports and extract information enabling the company to improve data accuracy

  • Generate weekly & monthly analysis for our customer, highlighting issues if required

  • Generate weekly & monthly jobs reports to support the business internally

  • Generate ad-hoc analysis and reports which can support key internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with management to develop dashboards and performance reports as required

  • Report on how we are performing against Client KPIs and SLA's

  • Validate Client KPI reporting

  • Support local management team with ad hoc management duties (work management, return to work meetings, note taking)


Candidates must have:



  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience of handling and reporting on large datasets in MS Excel (ESSENTIAL)

  • Self-motivation, a results driven attitude and be someone who thrives in a busy working environment

  • Awareness of customer satisfaction for both internal and external sources

  • Willingness / ability to travel

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Good operational knowledge of work management systems and windows packages

  • Experience of using Power BI in conjunction with an SQL database (desirable)

  • Experience of reporting via Salesforce (desirable)
