One of our clients is offering a great opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join them in an important new role of Performance Officer. You will support the Performance Manager to provide the home ownership department with the delivery of all aspects of reporting, performance and financial and asset compliance. You will oversee the delivery of the rent and service charge program to over 16,000 properties and work alongside others to ensure the department's successful compliance of these processes. You will also help deliver a successful performance management framework across the Home Ownership teams.

As Performance Officer you will need to work well with a range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders with diverse needs and requirements. We'll expect you to build constructive relationships and be able to communicate and influence others effectively. To keep the department working smoothly you'll share our 'can do' attitude and enjoy being at the heart of a busy department bringing your skills to underpin the provision of a robust and compliant service to our residents.

In this role you will scrutinise the performance of the department and individuals and identify ways to improve with a clear plan and tangible outcomes. Underpinning this, you will ensure compliance of the relevant leasehold and housing legislation and statutory and regulatory requirements around rent and service charge are met. An eye for detail and ability to deliver will be key to ensure that the departments work is accurate and delivered on time.

For this role you'll have experience of administration, data analysis and reporting and be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel. You should be able to pick up new systems and processes with ease and be able to interrogate and improve ways of working independently.
