Job Description


Adecco City are currently recruiting for a marketing leading, Luxury Health and Fitness client of ours based in Qatar. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for supporting senior stakeholders including the Sheikh (company Director). The ideal Personal Assistant will act as a team player providing efficient and pro-active service whilst dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks and all general responsibilities that you would associate within a PA Role.



This fast-paced position will offer autonomy and will be based in a modern, relaxed working environment with a calm culture and flexible working hour approach. The role will be best suited to someone with a similar cultural background with an upbeat and warm personality.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Diary management for the CMO and CEO

  • Coordinates travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, flight tickets etc for VP level and obtain visas where needed

  • Gatekeeping - screening phone calls, handling and responding where appropriate

  • Support with organising company events - both externally and internally. E.g. Company conferences, seasonal parties, social events, etc.

  • Submitting Expenses on SAP for Senior Stakeholders

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Organising and managing company & customer meetings including booking venues, ordering refreshments

  • Processes invoices as required, keeping a record of all invoices received and process for payment

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

  • Supporting with administration duties and reporting

  • Ad-hoc projects across the wider business

  • Attending meetings with the company Director or on behalf of the Director


Ideal candidate and personal qualities:



  • Experience within a similar PA role

  • Proven experience working under pressure and handling several tasks with ease, prioritising when necessary in order to meet deadlines

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, challenging and demanding environment

  • Self-sufficient and proactive

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong computer literacy, including the use of e-mail

  • Proactive mind-set with the ability to work independently
