Are you an experienced PA? Would you like a position that can offer hybrid working? Can you manage multiple projects at once?

We have an exciting opportunity working for one of our clients that we have been supporting for over 20 years. They are looking for someone who can work 3 days at home and 2 days in their modern offices. There will be occasions where you will need to travel to London and this will be paid for by my client.

The position of PA will be to provide support to the Chief Commercial Officer. This will include:

  • Manage and track budgets

  • Use of systems in the delivery of reports and dashboards

  • Diary management

  • Process invoices, credit card statements and expenses

  • To organise travel arrangements

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations

This is an extremely busy role and previous experience of providing support to this level is essential.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and there is also the opportunity of this position becoming permanent with excellent benefits being offered.
