We are currently recruiting for a PA to join one of our fantastic clients based in Droitwich.


This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm


£20,000 per annum with flexibility


Job Description - PA to Directors & Senior Management



Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities




  • Organising the Managing Directors day

  • Liaise on a daily basis to identify key tasks

  • Maintaining diaries, updating appointments, being aware of the Directors movements at all times

  • Taking on some of the Directors responsibilities, working closely with management

  • Deputising for the Directors, making decisions, delegating work to others in their absence

  • To assist Directors and Senior Management to make the best use of their time by dealing with routing secretarial and administrative tasks

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate

  • First point of contact with internal/external key personnel

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Organising refreshments

  • Organising and attending meetings ensuring management are well prepared

  • To take dictation at meetings, providing general assistance during presentations

  • Arranging travel and accommodation

  • Taking on some of the Directors responsibilities working closely with management

  • Dealing with routine secretarial and administrative tasks

  • Devising and maintaining office systems

  • Provides full administration support for Senior Management as requested giving priority to the Managing Director.
