PERSONAL ASSISTANT - FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY!!


This is a BRILLAINT OPPORTUNITY for someone wanting to excel their skills within an Administration background. We are looking for organised candidate who can work well with IT systems. This is a hybrid working system, office based in Hammersmith. With a view to go long term!!



The Role



  • Takes care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management for the BBD, circulating agendas and announcements etc.

  • Plans the organisation of departmental meetings and support in the coordination of any major events

  • Arrange internal, national and international meetings as per BBD request.

  • Arrange relevant travel and accommodation.

  • Arrange inductions, organise mid and end of year reviews for the team with the BBD.

  • Co-ordinate expenditure including collating expenses and raising Purchase Orders.

  • Liaise with internal and external clients in a professional manner at all times, acting as a representative of the brands.

  • Draws up and maintains presentation files with updated marketing data.

  • Coordinates the arrival of new employees (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT requests etc.)



Additional information



  • Work alongside the MD EA to organise conferences, Zone visits, Away Days, Christmas parties, team night outs and other Divisional meetings as required, within timeframes and budgets.

  • Provide cover for the MD EA when she is absent.

  • Ordering stationary

  • Work close with the MD to grant access to 3rd floor stock room, liaising with security (ad hoc)

  • Strong admin and organisational skills

  • Good communication skills


Details



  • 9 months with view to go perm!!

  • Monday to Friday - 9-5pm

  • 3 days working on site and 2 days working from home

  • Ongoing support and development

  • Office based in Hammersmith
