JOB TITLE PERSONAL ASSISTANT
LOCATION LONDON (CURRENTLY REMOTE WORKING)
DURATION 12 MONTHS


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to work within a Tier 1 Banking client. This exciting opportunity is open to an individual that is looking for an opportunity for an initial 12 months.


THE ROLE


To support the Country Executive for Nigeria & Sub-Saharan Africa (based in London) in their business activities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


PA Duties:



  • Arranging VISA, passport renewals, licences etc. for frequent international travel to Africa

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

  • Arranging appropriate security measures for international travel and maintaining client relationships with security firms

  • Involved in the organisation of events and conferences - providing training materials and involved in setup of events

  • Involved in communications up to COO / CFO / Executive stakeholder level


Administrative Duties:



  • Answering phone calls and takes messages

  • Scheduling meetings

  • Booking conference rooms

  • Making appointments

  • Performing administrative duties

  • Updating documents, memos, letters and forms


KEY REQUIREMENTS



  • Experience with international travel arrangements

  • COO / CFO / Executive level communications experience

  • Financial Services industry experience preferred

  • PC skills with knowledge of Word/Excel

  • Follows well defined procedures and practices

  • May require experience in the field or in a related area

  • Attention to detail is required
