Salary; £19.78 pay per hour (around £30,000-£35,000)


Location; Canary Wharf (Hybrid working)


Full time (35 hours)



Their CEO is very busy and will rely on the team for support totally. Any appointable candidate will need to enjoy administration and dictation (in person and over the telephone / Zoom). You would need to be very IT capable (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).



Dictation and diary management is at the core of this role. On any given day the post holder could find themselves spending most of their time doing dictation. The majority of the rest of the time would involve fulfilling actions and deadlines (on behalf of the CEO) arising from the dictation and partaking in diary management.



Any appointable candidate would also need to be able to establish relationships with other senior Directors, our Chair and Board Members, and support the senior PA with the organisation and facilitation of meetings and events (i.e. sending out diary invites, organising venue booking and catering, organising transportation (where applicable), and taking minutes (at scheduled evening and some weekend events).

The benefits package includes: annual leave starting at 25 days' leave (plus bank holidays and x3 concessionary days between Christmas and New Year) and rising to a maximum of 32 days, occupational sick pay, a health benefits scheme, and a DC pension scheme (into which the employer contributes 6%).
