Do you have previously PA experience dealing with Senior Directors? Are you avaliable immediately?

If yes, then this maybe be the role for you - our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to the Chairman, the general counsel and the Director of Corporate Affairs and their wider teams.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Extensive proactive diary management and office admin support

  • Co-ordinating and organising relevant team events/meetings

  • Booking regional and international travel & accommodation

  • Management of expenses and PO budgets as well as raising of POs

  • Building strong internal and external relationships in order to benefit the business and the teams you support

  • Preparation of documents and presentations as requested

  • Supporting the new starter and leaver process when relevant, including co-ordinating the FIT programme for new team members

  • Support EA and wider assistant community with workload and changing priorities

  • General administration (issues resolution, IT requests, catering, stationery, filing, binding, taxis etc) and ad-hoc project support
