Executive PA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,00.00-£40,000.00 per year

Our Client is an entrepreneurial investment company based in Gloucestershire, who are looking for an Executive PA to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

Provide a wide variety of complex and confidential executive support to the Chairman and to coordinate and deliver effective and proactive administrative support service.

Develop a good understanding of the needs of the Chairman and business overall, to be able to make a significant contribution to the effective delivery of key projects and administrative operations

  • Provide administrative support for the Chairman.

  • Organise and schedule meetings.

  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and hotel accommodation for the senior management team and other staff members.

  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in and outside of the workplace.

  • Manage the diary and schedules of the Chairman.

  • Liaise with clients and business guests.

  • Organise events and conferences.

  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments.

  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management.

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

  • Follow up on projects for the Chairman and drive them forward with a high level of productivity and efficiency.

  • Typing, compilation and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

  • To be willing to work outside of office hours on occasions.

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems.

  • Back up support for reception department for holiday cover and busy periods.

  • Collating expenses for the Chairman.

  • Conducting research on behalf of the senior management team.


  • At least 5 year's experience in a demanding Executive PA role.

  • Business administration degree or a level 4/5 administrative qualification preferable.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent diary and email management skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional, organised and dependable individual.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
