We are looking for an energetic Personal Secretary to join our client's busy team based in Central London. They are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and organised professional who is looking for a new opportunity with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Duration: 3 month temporary position (possibility for extension)
Pay: £15-£16 an hour
Hours: 9am-5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Remote working- office based in Westminster (must be able to commute to office when required)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and planning diaries

  • PS to support while perm PA is on secondment. Wider team doing more of the work

  • Inbox management

  • Ensuring the Director is supported in all aspects of their work to enable them to effectively manage their workload

  • Assisting in managing the flow of information, into and out of the office

  • Handling confidential information with the highest degree of sensitivity

  • Coordinating and arranging a full range of meeting types, events and travel logistics

  • Event management for team meetings, interviews and social events etc

  • Compiling and submitting expense reports

  • Administrative duties to support the wider team

What are we looking for?

  • Tech Savvy - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills with a general interest into technology and social media.

  • DBS Required- due to the nature of the business

  • Excellent organisation skills with experience of multitasking and keeping on track

  • A confident communicator (both verbal and written) who can deal with all types of seniority levels in an organisation

  • Happy to step up and take on extra responsibilities to help other departments

  • Managerial experience

  • Can-do attitude even when in pressured, busy environments

  • Interest into building relationships and trust with clients, colleagues etc

  • High attention to detail
