Adecco Cramlington are delighted to support our client in a search for a Planning Administrator on a permanent basis. Our client can offer permanent roles to candidates due to growth within their HQ, and order book. We're seeking an individual who is passionate about service delivery, and meticulous when it comes to diary management and SLA's with customers.


We're not looking for industry specific experience, we're looking for an individual who has the ability to multi-task, manage their own time, and that of engineers for peak efficiency's, great communicator with an ability to build relationships!

The role:



  • Scheduling installations with customers, ensuring they are recorded in the diary system and effectively managing the work diaries of field operatives, ensuring engineer diaries are fully booked.

  • Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the schedule.

  • Implementing good customer service contact with the customer pre and post installation.

  • Understand the contractual KPI's, then plan, allocate and operate to exceed client expectations

  • Management of email inbox.

  • Client liaison to co-ordinate issues as they arise.



  • To plan organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.

  • To understand the Health & Safety requirements of the business and to ensure that you comply with these at all times.

  • To comply with and promote the company values in all that you do.

  • To complete any other task as required by your line manager or the board of directors.
