We are recruiting for a Academic Workload Planning Manager. This role is be offered as a 6 month FTC paying between £37K - £44K. You will be working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. You must be able to travel to Greenwich.

The University is currently reviewing its approach to academic workload planning and allocation. An exciting opportunity exists to help shape the University's approach and make sure it is successfully implemented, maintained and embedded. This will involve the development and implementation of the Simitive Academic Workload Allocation and Modelling (WAMS) solution and working closely with Faculties to establish and maintain the system and associated governance processes.

You'll bring extensive experience in system administration and data management and ideally previous experience in academic workload allocation systems (although this may not be essential for the right candidate). Working within the wider Planning and Statistics directorate, there will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to develop analytical and reporting skills through the provision of management information to inform organisational decision-making.

The role is a new post in the directorate and may include future line management responsibilities as part of the provision of the workload management function.
