In this role you will be part of the Strategic Change team, responsible for driving front-to-back change across large scale legal entity and regulatory change. You will be engaging in cross-divisional process and platform transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness across legal entities.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the business to define and document booking and operating models; work to ensure these are reviewed and signed off with key control stakeholders (e.g. legal and compliance)

* Support the translation of Business and Corporate Function requirements into viable solutions in line with objectives

* Design and present solutions to stakeholders and obtain the necessary approvals to proceed with implementations

* Coordinate, structure and manage assigned deliverables with stakeholders, from inception through to completion

* Analyze complex trade, financial and business data at Business and Operational levels and present in a clear and succinct written form

* Produce and present update and status reports to senior management and regulators, where necessary

You Offer:

* The ability to assess a wide range of financial industry topics and problem statements, working with stakeholders to develop solutions and optimal outcomes

* Business Analyst and Program Management skills, to structure and progress assigned deliverables with stakeholders, remediate issues, stay on track with committed timeframes

* Knowledge of client and trade data structure, including legal entity identifying information

* Knowledge of industry wide regulations (e.g. Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MIFID) and application

* Good Excel expertise to build analysis and drive insights from data

* In depth knowledge in working with and analyzing large data sets, with demonstrated exposure to Trade, Finance and Compliance data

* You have passion for teamwork, execution excellence and process efficiency

* You have the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

* You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
