We are recruiting on behalf of a financial services organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, for a PMO Administrator to undertake a temporary assignment, beginning in February and running up until the end of June 2021. This will be a remote assignment until at least April, and for the remainder of the assignment there may be some travel to the Stratford-Upon-Avon office required. Hourly pay rate for this role is up to £13.00 per hour, and working hours are 0900-1700 Monday-Friday. There is the potential for this role to be extended.


This role is largely geared to the project management space, and as such it would be preferential to have experience working alongside project managers. You will be supporting on a project which is geared to reviewing and enhancing policy processes within the business. You must have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines. Interviews will be held on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th February.

Experience required:



  • PMO experience within the private sector

  • Experience working with key stakeholders and members of the senior management team

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Strong PA background carrying out duties including; sending meeting invites, taking minutes, actioning minutes, booking meeting rooms, chasing stakeholders, creating board packs, creating PowerPoint slides

  • Experience building solid commercial relationships with members of senior management

  • Some exposure to working on projects preferential

As this role is largely home based, you must own your own IT kit including laptop or PC and have reliable WiFi connection.
