We are currently recruiting for a fantastic centrally based Swindon business who require a document controller to join the finance team for the next 3 months. You will be responsible for ensuring invoices are processed and documented in a timely manner as well as ensuring the data administered is very accurate and stored correctly. This role ideally requires someone who has excellent administrative skills coupled with the ability to process purchase invoices, scan and index them. This role will commence asap and is only suitable for applicants with no CCJ's or payment defaults due to the nature of the industry and pre employment checks.

As an Administrator your duties will include:

�Process data into our in-house system in line with the deadlines.

�Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

�Work with 3rd party suppliers as required

�Undertake compliance checks and audits.

�Assist the Management Team with Projects as required.

�Provide general office support for the Management Team and the On-Site Teams.

The ideal Administrator will have the following skills:

�Proficient with Microsoft Office.

�Highly motivated with a great deal of attention to detail.

�Ability to work using your own initiative.

�Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.

�Positive attitude.

�Ability to work as part of a team.
