Portuguese Speaking HR Admin role for an Oil and Gas Organisation.

Incredible opportunity has arisen for a Portuguese Speaking HR Administrator! My client is a publicly-held operating on a integrated basis and specialising in the oil, natural gas and energy industry. Based in a very elegant and bright office in Central London, they are now looking for a Portuguese Speaking HR Administrator to join their enthusiastic team.


Job Description:


Provide best practice HR support and advice in a continuously evolving work environment. Tasks will include:


- Support the overall HR function of the company (in areas such as recruitment / dismissals, work environment, working relations, compliance with employment law, training, individual performance appraisal, salaries and career progression and communication).


- Support expatriate employee's VISA applications and induction in the company and in the UK.


- Track, produce and file accurate and timely statutory reports, stay current with regulatory changes for legal compliance and company's corporate culture.


- Participate in the development and administration of HR strategies while implementing HR policies, standards and procedures.


- Ad-hoc HR projects and admin tasks.


Reporting to the HR Supervisor.


Degree, qualification and technical skills:


* Degree (preferentially in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology).


* Experience of HR beneficial (UK experience preferred).


* Experience working with HR Systems (Desirable).


* Strong Microsoft Office skills.


* Knowledge and experience in organising data, files and documents.


* Fluent in English.


* Fluent in Portuguese (Beneficial).
