My highly sought after client are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional Administrator to come on board and provide their services in their People, Payroll and Systems Team.

Post and Scanning Administrator - The Employer:

Post and Scanning Administrator - Your Accountabilities:

  • Managing the end to end post process, ensuring all post in and out is handled correctly within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Managing the collation and supporting the processing of incoming mail

  • Scanning, checking and indexing documents to be passed for processing

  • Supporting the processing and managing the dispatch of statutory and non-statutory documentation

  • Completing quality assurance checks on written communications before distribution

  • Supporting the wider People Teams to process and distribute cyclical and ad hoc colleague mailings

  • Providing clerical support to other members of the department and taking the initiative to identify processes and opportunities to improve the team's knowledge and efficiencies

  • Following the business code of conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

Post and Scanning Administrator - Your will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organisation and planning skills

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and calm under pressure

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

  • Numerate and able to analyse and interpret data

  • Customer service or administration/clerical experience

  • Experience of team working and building relationships
