Salary: £22,500pa
Type: Office-based, Permanent
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Location: Blackpool
In this role, you will contribute to the integral part of the business looking after customers and provide warranty assistance.
This role would suit a strong Administrator to help maintain the level of service Customers expect. The successful person will enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and will be willing to take responsibility and ownership for their work.
Personal Skills and Qualities
- Strong administration skills with an accurate eye for detail
- Exceptional organisation and customer service skills
- Experience of working in a service / aftersales environment
- Ability to offer professional assistance to both customers and other members of staff
