Type: Permanent, Full time (8:30am - 5:30pm)



Job Description


Adecco are currently recruiting for a Pre-Sales Executive on behalf of The Adecco Group, the Global leader in HR Services.



Purpose of the role:


The successful candidate will ideally have strong people management skills and the ability to communicate across all levels. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, targeting and engaging with both existing and prospect customer to introduce the Adecco's Groups services.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Own the lead routing process by routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Responsible for generating quality sales opportunities to be closed by a Business Development Manager.

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Update and maintain client and prospect data in our Sales Database.

  • GDPR compliant.



Work closely with marketing operations team to:



  • Ensure business processes are followed

  • Ensure key metrics are reported back on

  • Update and improve the lead distribution process



Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate:



  • Experience within the recruitment industry (desirable)

  • B2B Experience

  • Experience with CRMs

  • Confident phone manner

  • Client service focus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Process orientated

  • Flexible and willing to learn

  • Opportunity to shape the way marketing and sales work together

  • Build key relationships with Sales, Operations and Marketing
