A Digital Reprographic Operator/ Mailroom operative, with knowledge of high volume printing and Post is required to be part of our client's team based in Uxbridge.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reprographics environment and or knowledge high volume mailroom

software such as Adobe and Fiery.

Candidate Responsibilities:
� Process, print, photocopy and finish requests within given deadlines.

� Operate colour, black and white kit, and large format printing.

� Finish documents using GBC punch, wiro, laminating and guillotine
� Knowledge of Fiery software and Command workstation.

� Review all printing requests, assessing and quality checking the work.

� Adhere to health and safety rules keeping equipment and the work environment clean and tidy
� Ensure quality consistency, productivity and delivery levels are met.

� Minimise waste and ensure best use of all resources.

� Maintain a high standard of direct communication with staff, clients and suppliers
� Deal with quotation requests from clients.

� Staff direction, allocation and management.

Candidate Requirements:

High level of digital print and software experience.

IT Skills including knowledge of Adobe Packages & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A customer-focused approach, exhibiting a pro-active and confident attitude

Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working hours.

Able to work on their own confidently.

Excellent communication skills.

Working hours between 7am and 6pm
