Job title: Process Assistant

Duration:  12/12/2021 may extend to 6 months

Shift/working hours: Monday - Friday / 39 hours per week / 8:00am- 4.30pm can do 8.30am to 5.00pm

Pay rate: £9.50 p /h

Site address:Nottingham, Central Park - Parking onsite. Remote working. The candidate must live within, 1 hour radius of Nottingham (in the event of any IT issues) Description

To maintain end to end control over customer job request requirements. This includes administrative support to field engineers, internal liaison and management of the customers' expectations and work requirements to ensure bookings are made and fulfilled. Primary tasks will be to ensure that all incoming work relevant to your assigned area is arranged and confirmed within agreed timescales, and to keep the customer informed at contract agreed stages through various communication method.


  • Day requests from customers to book job ,raise jobs ,scheduling ,pre call customer onsite

  • Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems

  • Prepares specialized routined report and correspondence, and/or statistics.

  • To interact with internal/external stakeholders and field engineers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.

  • To be responsible for the day to day processes and activities required to service the customer requirements, but within the C&I Workflow processes.

  • Build and maintain a relationship with other teams within , Managed Applications & Services, to ensure smooth inter-team operation

  • To work closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met and all communications and action are in place and conducted within agreed SLA's.

  • Ability to adapt to change and identify areas for Process Improvement.

  • Organise and prioritise own workload.


  • Educated to at least GSCE/O level

  • Commercial & Industrial knowledge preferable but not essential.
