Procurement Administrator, based in the Design Office in Derrylin. Would raise orders for mould equipment for Encirc Glass. Mould Procurement would work closely with mould equipment suppliers to confirm delivery dates for mould orders. Mould Procurement would assist Glass Packaging Design Technologists with packaging related issues.

� Raise mould purchase requisitions on SAP.

� Maintain mould equipment tool delivery schedule.

� Raise quotation requests for mould equipment using Lotus Notes.

� Raise requests for mould equipment using Salesforce.

� Maintain quotation requests to and from the mould companies.

� Organise transfer of mould equipment between Encirc Derrylin, Encirc Elton and mould companies.

� Resolve any issues regarding invoices for mould equipment.

� Maintain clearance information for imported mould equipment.

� Maintain electronic folders for mould equipment.

� Send information to mould companies regarding the monthly top tool consignment orders.

� Compile glass container pack specifications.

� Maintain database for approved pack specifications.

� Raise glass container pack specification on SAP.

� Assist Encirc receptionist by providing support.

� All other ad hoc duties as and when required.


The person will ideally have some procurement experience using SAP though training is available to ideal candidate.

The person will have strong computer skills and needs to be confident, to present and explain information to Encirc mould shops and mould companies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with previous office/administration/purchasing experience preferred.

The person will need the ability to pay attention to detail to balance work on several projects at a time independently with little or no supervision.

The person will have excellent team working, time management and communication skills and demonstrate high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Determination to complete the task. Training will e given on Salesforce and Lotus Notes, previous experience would be an advantage though not essential.
