My client are looking for a strong administrator with customer service skills and experience in procurement to join their global and successful company in their London head office.


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Available for at least 1 year

  • Able to work in a full time role-Monday to Friday

  • 1-3 years of experience studying or working in procurement

  • Inter-personable skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Generalist procurement skills

  • Preferred industry exposer in, IT/Telcom, Internet, Financial Services, MarComm or MarTech, BioSci, or Medical

  • Fast learning in a very changeable and quick-move environment

  • Patient with sense of customer care, open-minded and willing to pro-actively communicate with others

  • Advanced computer skill, familiar all kinds of MS office software, esp. Excel and Power Point


  • In charge of End-to-End online procurement process, mainly operation in the client's procurement IT system

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve their questions, doubts and concerns about procurement system and process in a time manner

  • Handle low-value sourcing projects in a timely manner with guidance from Line Manager

  • Data reporting on a regular basis

Please note you must be fluent in Mandarin.
