Adecco Sunderland are recruiting for a procurement assistant to work with a well known client in the Sunderland area. This role is full time hours, initially for three months and will be an immediate start for the right candidate.

Job Summary

Management of stock control on site and remotely maintaining Inventory levels with adequate stock, replenish stock, non-saleable products along with sap requisition control, CCOMS process, Wholesale order control, Price Management.

Experienced Required:

  • Strong Numeracy and budgeting skills

  • Experience of communication skills with external suppliers at all levels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications -excel and word advanced

  • Sage 500 and sap system knowledge

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Team Player

  • Demonstrate personal accountability

  • Remains positive when presented with constructive feedback and uses this to enhance performance

  • Analysis skills

  • Able to plan and prioritize workload to ensure all meets the exceptions of the Business

  • Demonstrates good listening skills

  • Previous procurement experience and knowledge
