We are currently recruiting for an interim Procurement Manager to support and establish the delivery of a large digital programme.


  • Plan and execute the procurement strategy to support the implementation

  • To manage sourcing and tender activities

  • Significant and continuous project management responsibilities

  • Communicate and manage relationships

  • Support governance arrangement

Skills and Experience required:

  • Good understanding of public sector procurement processes

  • Understanding of frameworks

  • Understanding of procurement routes available and what may be best suited to each style of project

  • Experience using Digital Solutions

  • Understanding of technology and digital project and programme delivery

  • Good communication, both written and verbal

  • Ability to build key relationships with leadership teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to summarise complex issues and focus of the action that needs to be taken
