Product Returns Operative - Excellent hourly pay rate

Duration: 6 months renewable contract with potential to move into a permanent role

Location: Witney

Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 16:00 pm - midnight

Adecco has a great opportunity for you to join a growing team working on assignment in the Product Returns department of a global research and healthcare company based in Witney. The work involves fault finding on returned products and inputting the outcome onto the system.


  • Working to a defined process you will use our clients fault finding software to identify the root cause of the fault on returned blood glucose monitoring equipment

  • Ensuring that complaint investigations are completed according to procedures in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation

  • Ensuring that all actions meet the required levels of accuracy and quality including documentation

  • Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided by our client.

  • Opportunity to be trained in the use of soldering irons, drill presses, microscopes & oscilloscopes.

  • All safety clothing and Personal Protective Equipment


  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal/external customers to obtain any required information to process complaints

  • Confidence in using both Word and Excel - the will be a short test as part of your interview covering saving documents, copy and pasting in Word and Excel.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
