Product Supply Administrator


A 2-6 onth assignment opportunity for a Product Supply Administrator has arisen for my client, a large global FMCG organisation based in Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire.


Pay £13.50 per hour.


Job Content:




  • Responsible for inventory and service assessment for a specific Mars category (Pet, Food, MWC).




  • Daily reporting of individual item stock levels.




  • Reporting of inventory levels across the Mars Network (Inbound and Warehouse).




  • Critical assessment of stock locations vs customer forecasts on a daily basis.




  • Reports of significant deviations to anticipated inventory levels (demand or supply driven root cause analysis).




  • Working collaborately with UK Distribution team to determine appropriate daily movements of stock to maintain customer supply.





Background Experience & Qualifications:




  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.




  • Must be highly competent in use of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables etc).




  • Able to work well in team environments and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.




  • Clear thinker, good communicator and needs to have structured and pro-active style of working - able to prioritise and multitask





Knowledge/Experience:


Commercial awareness and understanding of Supply Chain principles, product distribution and on shelf availability would be a key attribute
