We require an Administrator / Coordinator for our clients production department to work on the administration of products and order processing.


In your work you will need to interact and develop good professional relationships with all co-workers in order for all of our jobs to be done effectively.



Key Job Accountabilities



  • Complete assembly records and service records for all products.

  • The preparation of relevant customer and dispatch documentation

  • Preparing quality assurance documentation.

  • Maintaining goods-in processing and stock allocation for orders.

  • General filing and archiving and invoicing

  • Keeping the office space and workshop safe, tidy and organised.
