PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:



To assist with the gas card production service from creation of gas cards all the way through to the completed mailing process and help maintain the set daily SLA.



Additional task also includes campaign printing, ad-hoc requests, and to assist with completion of tasks set by Zone 3 PPMIP Process Expert and Team Manager.




AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS



To help meet the daily SLA of 100% by efficiently mailing gas cards to customers with no errors.



Getting fully cross trained with the other areas and adhoc requests including but not limited campaign printing and quality checking.



To work on the meter dumps section of PPMIP ensuring returned mail is sorted within a 5-day SLA



To work on the post section of PPMIP producing labels and for the same day mail and preparing parcels using consignor or royal mail systems.



To assist with the upkeep of GIST and Remote Refresh service lines.



To work on administrative support ensuring stock levels of cards, letterheads and envelopes are kept within operational requirements.



To maintain the mailers daily and keep PPMIP overall a clean and safe working area.



To create cards into specific supplier flavours and quality check within ISO 9000 standards.



To maintain all stationary within PPMIP and ensure stock levels are kept above minimum level.



To understand and to work within the framework of the Company's Values.



Organise and prioritise own workload.



Solution based mindset to ensure that all bau work is completed within SLA (e.g., flexibility in working day, staying late if required, etc).



Rotated Saturday working is a mandatory requirement.



EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS



Educated to at least GSCE/O level



Experience:



PMIPP knowledge desirable.


Prior experience in similar or a production-based role ideal.
