Adecco are delighted to be working with a engineering business based in New Milton who are looking for a Trainee Cleanroom Operative on a full time permanent basis.


Responsibilities:


To liaise with area leading hand and colleagues in all production related matters including but not limited to:



  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Adherence to documented process controls at all times.

  • To understand and apply the Cleanroom dress code protocol at all times whilst working within the area.

  • An attitude of flexibility and willingness in relation to the training aspects present within the role.

  • To work well within a team orientated environment but also display the ability to be self-sufficient as required.

  • General tidiness and cleanliness.


Experience Required:



  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.


Salary & Hours:


£10 - £11ph. 39 hours a week in total.


Wil start on a day shift 07:30 - 16:30 (Mon - Thurs) 07:30 - 12:30 (Fri) for approximately 2-3 months then after training the hours will change and salary will increase with a 25 % uplift 15:00-00:00 (Mon-Thu) and 11:00-15:00 (Fri).
