We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our highly reputable pharmaceutical client based in Nottingham, NG90. The site is easily accessible, with frequent public transport to and from the city centre. You will work as part of a team that takes great pride in the work that they do, with a great sense of community. You will work as part of a close-knit team, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes 12-hour shifts during days, nights, and weekends.

What experience is needed as a Production Operative?

  • Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations

  • To carry out bottle inspections across a fast-paced production line; Identify and categorise faults and record these findings on the line inspection sheet.

  • Follow appropriate Operating Procedures

  • Reporting any line/machine faults to the wider team as appropriate

  • Ensure that all required worksheets are always filled out correctly
