Production Planner



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Schedule: Monday to Friday / 09:00 - 17:00



MAIN ACTIVITIES



� Plan, control, and release wheel production orders and support related activities to ensure efficient and timely production


� Short/long term capacity planning


� Maintain, update, and develop the production plan


� Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting in line with group standards


� Raw material supply planning


� Assist Production Manager in delivering required production targets Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions to the local management in a continuous improvement perspective


� Organise and lead production meetings on a daily basis


� Handle customer enquires in a timely manner giving correct lead times based on material availability, cost, and production capacity


� Provide production quotation and led times for internal and external clients with the support of the Engineering Manager


� Arrange shipment of all completed parts to other Trelleborg subsidiaries


� Communicate professionally, effectively with other teams, departments including OEM, Customer Services, Purchasing, Trelleborg subsidiaries


� Cover shop floor production during holidays and/or absence


� Maintain stock control of parts through manufacturing, investigate stock errors if required and report
