Role: Production Planner - PETNET


Location: Mount Vernon UK, Northwood


Start: As soon as possible


Duration: until 11th Jan 2022


Pay rate: £13.22p/h


37.5 hours per week / from 1pm - 8pm













We are recruiting for a Production Planner to manage the logistics planning for the delivery of isotopes from our client's radiopharmaceutical production facilities in London and Nottingham. The role will help optimise the production capabilities of the manufacturing sites and ensure the timely delivery of vital radiopharmaceuticals to our customers.

With over 50 radiopharmaceutical distribution centres across the world, we are one of the largest PET biomarker producers globally. Our UK sites are growing all the time, attracting expert technicians and scientists from across the industry.


Main duties and responsibilities:



  • Receive, acknowledge and process customer orders

  • Utilise production planning software to optimise batch production across 2 sites for multiple products, based on customer requirements.

  • Logistics planning. Identify and order courier numbers for delivery of all radiopharmaceuticals.

  • Liaising with customers regarding any potential production issues and delays.

  • Ensure up to date customer licensing details are maintained within the planning software


Successful candidate will:


� Have nuclear medicine experience along with customer service and scheduling knowledge.


� Ability to develop the role, incorporating new ways of working


� Able to manage own schedule and work independently


� Manage the process and develop written procedures supporting this role


� Be able to start immediately and pick the role up quickly


Additional Information:



  • The successful candidate would be required to work from 1pm up until 8pm.

  • Potential to be home based once initial training is completed at the Mt Vernon facility.
