We are currently looking for a Professional Development Delivery Lead who has experience of working within a Virtual Learning Environment.

Our client is a registered charity which acts as a representative body for its members in the UK, and is responsible for the promotion of excellence and ethical practice.

As a Society they support and enhance the development and application of their specialist sector for the greater public good, setting high standards for research, education, and knowledge, and disseminating our knowledge to increase public awareness.

This job, based in their Leicester head office, will be leading the delivery of their professional development portfolio as part of the Professional Development Delivery Team.

Overview of role and responsibilities:

This role presents a significant opportunity for the right individual to ensure that the delivery of the Society's professional development portfolio, and associated customer service, continues to achieve exceptional standards.

Working alongside the Professional Development Delivery Manager, you will lead the team on the delivery of both qualifications and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) products, through providing guidance on market requirements, processes and quality assurance. In addition, you will be supporting the implementation of a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Key requirements (qualifications and skills):

You will be educated to degree level, or possess an equivalent management qualification, and have experience of leading people and projects.

You will have a proven track-record of building effective relationships to deliver products and services to meet regulations and market requirements.

Knowledge of education or CPD delivery, as well as working with a VLE, is also essential.
