This is a temporary role based in Central London. You will need to be available until October 2019. You will be mainly working 35 hours per week but on occasion you will need to work later nights and a few weekends during this period.

We are offering a salary of £16.04 per hour.

Job Summary:  To support the work of the Programme Delivery team, with some additional required support to the Admissions team, in all aspects of their administration of the programme  To take on additional, ad hoc administrative tasks when required with a positive, can-do attitude  Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in September, supporting the Programme Delivery team with event delivery at Graduation (7th September), Orientation (8th September) and Module 1 (9th - 20th September)

Department/Division: Department of Management Accountable to: Operations & Programme Delivery Manager
Duties/Responsibilities Programme/Admissions Responsibilities Include:  Tracking and updating student records in spreadsheets and sending reminders to students for overdue pre-work  Liaising with an external editor regarding the compilation of class facesheet, and coordinate on the production of the document with internal services such as the Design Unit  Checking, uploading and applying appropriate materials on Moodle, the programme's digital learning platform  Requesting and giving information to new and prospective students, and dealing with the resulting queries, with supervision  Preparing student gift packs to be handed out at Orientation  Auditing and updating student records and admissions data  Liaising with central teams such as IT, the badging office and Security to coordinate student onboarding  Supporting promotional and/or reception events, including Graduation and Module 1 in September  Additional programme and admissions related responsibilities as they arise  Logging invoices for the team, arrange for authorisation by budget holders and sharing them with the Finance office for payment  Carrying out additional other administrative tasks as they arise, including but not limited to maintaining inventory of previous program supplies and helping with new purchases, finalizing the compilation of a faculty facesheet, etc.  Digital archiving of Capstone projects ensuring they are scanned and stored on the systems for historical reference  Additional administrative responsibilities and project work as needed in support of the program and team Customer Service Responsibilities Include:  Providing a high level of customer service in all interactions with students, faculty and staff, keeping to the department Service Level Agreement  Taking responsibility for providing accurate information to the community  Liaising, if required, with members of staff at other alliance institutions  Responding to student queries via the programme mailbox Web and Technology Responsibilities Include:  Supporting the maintenance of the distant learning platform, Moodle  Updating student records on Salesforce Flexibility
