Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for a Director to join the Forensic Collisions Investigation Team to join a superb team on a 3 year fixed term contract.


The successful candidate will play an integral part of the National Police Chief's Council Operating Model and contributes toward the delivery of the strategic objectives and annual plan on behalf of the NPCC Lead for FCI.



Pay - £80,595 with annual increments based on delivery of objectives


Location - flexible location but will require frequent attendance in North Wales, Milton Keynes (Cranfield) and visibility across Forces nationally

The role of the Director of FCIN is to set the strategic direction, by developing the Forensic Collision Investigation Network to deliver a professional, impartial and accredited Forensic Collision Investigation service, working to defined national standards whilst keeping pace with advancements in science and technology.


As the Director of FCIN you will need to collaborate and influence at executive levels within Policing, with senior officials across Government, key partners, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, industry and academia aswell as being the national lead for Forensic Collision Investigation providing the high-level guidance on strategic and operating decisions, setting strategy and performance goals.


For this role you must have proven experience of leading large, complex and matrixed teams, ideally on a national level.
