A specialist construction company based in Clacton on sea is now hiring in their small office team for a Projects Administrator.

Do you have strong Administration skills from a Construction background?

Are you available for work from the 24th May and looking for a new challenging position?

Reporting directly to the Projects Manager and liaising with your other team members to meet job demands and timescales.

This is a varied role, so flexibility is key, you will be involved in general administration work such as:-

- Adding completing and build packs onto the system

- Data entry ensuring all spreed sheets are up to date

- Providing reports

- Managing holiday and attendance records

- Supporting with ordering office supply's

- Any Accounts Admin experience is also desirable

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be proactive and efficient with excellent communication skills. You must be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and produce necessary reports on time.

You will be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel, and be willing to learn new in-house systems.

8am-5pm Monday- Friday - 40 hrs a week

£9.50ph-£10ph + Holiday & Pension
