Project support administrator required on a temporary basis. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Will include remote working temporarily.


Duties to include



  • Support the Project team with general administrative tasks inline with company guidance and policy's.

  • Maintenance of the filing system for all personal files, ensuring that all personal documents are scanned on to the employee electronic files.

  • Allocation and distribution telephone queries to ensure any issues are promptly brought to the attention of the recipients as required.

  • Display a sensitive and knowledgeable approach when communicating either in person or via the telephone.

  • Produce and provide timely documentation such as letters and forms to ensure that deadlines are met.

  • Must have good attention to detail



























































































































































































































































































































































  • To undertake the necessary training to develop the role and to keep updated with changes in the professional field.




  • Processing the appropriate leaver documentation in line with strict deadlines.




  • Assist the Alpha project team with other relevant documentation to ensure efficient processing in a speedy and accurate manner.








* Be agile, converging around agreed priorities across the HR function as business needs dictate from time to time



* Be comfortable working with high volumes and multiple deadlines



* Largely self-reliant but knows when to escalate to other team members



* Ability to interpret and provide insight to Project Team in relation to the ongoing projects



* Support the HR Systems Team by delivering system housekeeping routines and other timetabled activities - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as required



* General maintenance of the HR system (iTrent) and provision of second line system support as required



* Ensuring confidentiality of data and HR systems security is maintained at all times will also be a crucial part of your role including an ability in maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
