Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm



The Role


My client are a very large and successful National travel company setting up a Northern office in Manchester. Due to the expansion they require an experienced and hands on Projects Co-ordinator / Assistant to work with the existing project team setting up the offices, equipment and everything else in between. The right candidate will be available immediately, have experience of working on multiple projects and strong people and administration skills. There will be an opportunity for the right candidate to work with this company on a permanent basis.



  • Essential requirements
    Projects experience within a busy work environment

  • Sales Administration experience

  • Experience of working with external and internal suppliers and subcontractors

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
    Sales support and providing quotations

  • Experience working as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to working, including overtime on occasion
